RB Leipzig left-back David Raum could be on his way out of the club this summer, with (h/t Get German Football News) reporting that a host of Premier League clubs are interested in the former TSG 1899 Hoffenheim star, who could be available for as low as €35-40 million.

Raum's current contract with the Bundesliga heavyweights is set to expire in 2027, and with no renewal talks in sight yet, Premier League clubs have been alerted of signing the 27-year-old this summer. If an offer from England arrives, which is likely considering his low release clause worth €35-40m. However, Sky Sport do add that Raum is not unhappy with his current surroundings.
However, it could come as a huge blow to lose one of their most important defenders, as several Leipzig stars such as Xavi Simons and Benjamin Sesko have been linked with summer departures.

Back in December, Raum was named as the toughest defender Barcelona sensation Lamine Yamal had faced in his relatively short career. The duo faced each other off in the Euro 2024 quarter-final while representing their respective nations.
"David Raum, the left back for Germany and RB Leipzig. A tough, fierce defender. At the European Championship in the quarter-finals against the Germans he proved to be a tough opponent to overcome," Yamal told Tuttosport.
